Beatles Fest West is on for 2010

It was announced that the second annual Beatles Fest West will take place Oct 8th-10th 2010 in SF CA,USA, the ninth being John Lennon's 70th birthday.

What hotel?

What hotel is your convention being held in, and how far is that hotel from the airport.
Does the hotel offer special room rates for fest goers?
